American Shooting Centers has been a recreational shooter's paradise since 1989. Conveniently located in Houston, Texas on 563 acres in the beautiful George Bush Park. Rifle and pistol, sporting clays, trap and skeet are supported by quality staff and outfitted with pro shops for your convenience.  Each facility easily accommodates the individual as well as large groups, tournament events and/or business meetings with dining and entertainment. No group is too large or too small for ASC's professional staff.

Our Facilities

American Shooting Centers is the premier recreational shooting facility, ready to accommodate your entertainment needs. Our staff promotes safe gun handling and outdoor fun for the whole family. We're located in beautiful George Bush Park, just 2 miles west of Hwy 6 & Westheimer Parkway in west Houston. Don't miss an opportunity to visit one or many of our nearby attractions and to stay at one of our areas great accommodations . Many located right on Westheimer, a straight shot down from ASC.

Activities Sprawled across 563 acres, American Shooting Centers is made up of a Rifle & Pistol Range with over 200 positions, a Trap & Skeet Range with 6 skeet fields, 2 trap fields and 2 NSCA 5-Stand fields, three championship Sporting Clays courses. The Sporting Clays facility features nine high towers (the most in the U.S!!)

These three fully automated sporting clays courses offer a wide variety of target presentations, pleasing everyone from the beginner to the expert tournament shooter.

The newly remodeled ASC "Outdoorsman Store", located at the Rifle & Pistol Range, is stocked with shooting accessories, apparel, guns and ammo. Great management coupled with knowledgeable and professional staff have made ASC what it is today - "The premier shooting facility in the United States."
